Our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom villa [sleeps 6/7] is situated in the tree lined small estate of INDIAN RIDGE OAKS, KISSIMMEE, FLORIDA. It has many features including King sized bed in master, en suite with Jacuzzi, walk in shower and ‘his and hers’ vanity units. There is a Queen sized bed in first guest room and twin beds in Disney style in second guest room. There is a second bathroom with bath and shower leading to a very private heated pool and deck area which is fenced for extra privacy. All access doors to the pool area are alarmed for child safety. There are three independent cable TVs in the lounge and first two bedrooms, video and stereo together with fully equipped kitchen/diner, formal dining area and full laundry area in the double garage.
THE PROPERTY HAS BEEN UPGRADED WITH TWO NEW THREE SEAT SOFAS,
NEW BEDDING, TOWELLING, NEW POOLSIDE FURNITURE AND A NEW POOL
