Owner's Description:
Our comfortable air conditioned villa is more than just a rental villa, it is decorated and furnished to very high standards and has everything you would expect to totally unwind and relax.
All bedrooms have cable TV's and the kids bedroom also has a PS2 (games supplied).
There is a CD, DVD (DVD's supplied), VCR and games room with pool table.
The lounge is spacious and overlooks the pool area with views over to the golf course behind.
The kitchen has every imaginable appliance including dishwasher, coffee machine, smoothie blender, toaster, microwave and electric can opener as well as all the usual appliances.
The telephone permits free local calls
There is an iron and ironing board.
Set in a quiet location, yet only minutes from Disney (yes really), which allows you to pop back for a relaxing swim in the middle of the day, before returning for the evening activities.
Swimming Pool and Games Room
Our private swimming pool is gas heated and can maintain a good temperature even in winter. You can relax and enjoy the Florida lifestyle in our spa or chill out on the very comfortable padded pool furniture.
We are lucky to get sun all day on the pool and deck area, however we do have a shaded lanai, if you want a break from the sun or to sit in the shade reading a book, whilst watching the kids in the pool.
We also have a dedicated games room with pool table, electronic dart board and numerous children's toys for all ages from the very young to teenagers.
We supply tennis rackets for use on the community tennis court and there is even a skateboard.
Next to the tennis courts there is an on site play area for kids with swings and a climbing frame.
Master bedroom and en-suite
The master bedroom enjoys a King size bed, with the most comfortable matress (we think). After a busy day at the theme parks you will enjoy relaxing in bed watching TV in this room! Patio doors overlook the pool area.
The spacious en-suite has a corner bath, double sink and a mirrored wall. There is a large double walk in shower.
A hair dryer is provided.
Spacious walk in wardrobe has plenty of shelves and enough hanging space for the whole family's clothes.
A safe is also provided for your valuables.
Rental rates £395 - £595 per week
Optional pool heat £100 per week (digitally controlled gas heat)
