Owner's Description:

Beautifully furnished, non-smoking home.  The family room is open-plan with the kitchen and breakfast nook and has access to the pool, and here you'll find the cable tv and cd player.  There is also a seperate lounge/dining room that has a sofa-bed.  The kitchen has all the modern equipment you might need and a breakfast area with a table and chairs.  The washer and dryer are in the laundry room along with an iron and board.  The Master Bedroom is light and airy with an en-suite bathroom including a tub, seperate large shower cubicle and twin basins.  The further two bedrooms share a bathroom.  All the bedrooms have walk-in closets.  The pool and deck have comfortable loungers and there is a patio table and chairs in the covered lanai area, perfect for relaxing after a hard day at the parks!

£420 ($770) per week, pool heat, if required £100 ($180) per week
