Owner's Description:
Our spacious three bedroom, two bathroom villa is air-conditioned/heated, fully furnished, carpeted and ceramic floor tiled to a very high standard with two living rooms and two dining areas.
The south facing 30ft pool is solar heat assisted, during the cooler months pool heating is available at an additional cost. There is a covered patio area providing shade and poolside furniture. The fenced garden contains a gas barbecue and the forested area to the rear of the property provides total privacy.
Facilities include two televisions, VCR/CD players, 24/7 monitored security alarm system, smoke detectors and the pool door is alarmed for child safety. The double garage has an electric door lift and internal access.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in closet. The other two rooms are twin bedded and situated next to the second bathroom.
The comprehensively equipped kitchen includes electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer with automatic icemaker and chilled filtered water dispensers, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, crockery and cutlery. The utility room is equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer and iron etc.
Bed linen, towels, coat hangers and hair dryers are provided. A baby crib/cot, highchair and stroller/pushchair are also provided at no extra charge.
Smoking is not permitted in the villa. Pets are not allowed.
Rental includes all utilities, local telephone calls and cleaning services on departure.
Rental dependent on dates and party size £440 - £535. Gas pool heating (if required) £90 per week. Rates are inclusive of taxes. Payment accepted in UK£ or US$
