Owner's Description:

Our luxury villa with a south facing pool, stand alone hot tub/jacuzzi and very large pool deck is on the quiet community of Indian Ridge Oaks. The Jacuzzi can accommodate 6 adults and has 18 jets, a lounge seat and arthritis jets. We have a commercial quality table football (foosball) in the garage! Very close to highway 192 with its many restaurants and shops. Our property consists of 4 bedrooms, two with double beds and two with twins.

Using the sleeper sofa in the lounge it will sleep a maximum of 10 people. The master bedroom's en-suite bathroom has a door out to the pool deck. There is a covered patio area to be able to sit out of the direct sunlight. Padded patio furniture is provided. A fence has been put round the property for added privacy. We have cable television with the choice of 70 channels and a playstation2 with some games. There is a 27 inch TV in the lounge and a smaller one in the master bedroom. There is a video player and stereo system.

The community has a large swimming pool, tennis court and childrens playground. We have provided tennis racquets and balls.

Smoking is not permitted in the villa. Pets are not allowed.

Regular rental rates from $760 (£395) to $1150 (£595) a week including taxes. Pool and spa heat, if required, $155 (£100) a week. Pool heat alone $115 (£75) a week, spa heat alone $60 (£40) a week.
