Indian Ridge Oaks is a quiet walled residential neighbourhood with no through traffic, less than 4 miles, (5 minutes by car ) from Disney. It has a shaded community pool, cabana, tennis courts and children's play area, all of which are available to our clients. The Mystic Dunes Golf Course and Country Club is adjacent, with further golf courses only minutes away. Supermarkets, World Class Restaurants, Shopping Centres and of course The American Dream Disney are found just around the corner.
The villa has an electronic door entry system so there are no keys to pick up or drop off so saving time on your travel.Our home is decorated to a high standard. It has a 2 car garage which also houses a washing machine and dryer. It is fully air conditioned with a private heated pool. It has 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms plus a queen size sofa bed in the lounge.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, phone, 75 channel Cable TV, VCR, bed side lamps, radio alarm clock and ceiling fan. This bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with walk in closet and hair dryer. Here you will find our laptop computer which is hooked up to high speed internet, or bring your own.
The family bathroom has both tub and shower facilities with a further hair dryer.
The further two bedrooms both have two single beds each, along with radio alarm clocks, bed side lamps, ample closet space and ceiling fans, also both of these bedrooms have 75 channel Cable TV, one has a DVD player, the other a CD player. Both of these bedrooms over look the pool
All bed linen and towels are supplied, as well as an iron and ironing board.
The lounge has 75 channel Cable TV, a VCR, Hi-Fi, DVD Player, a two seater love seat, queen size sofa bed, coffee tables with table lamps, bar stools for the breakfast bar, ceiling fan and patio doors that lead to the pool, there is also a selection of books and children's videos and DVDs available.
The dining room has a large dining table and seating for six.
The kitchen has everything that you could require including fridge-freezer with ice maker, cooker, microwave, toaster, waste disposal, dishwasher, coffee maker, phone and especially for us Brits, kettle and tea pot, plus of course all the utensils you will need.
The private heated pool has a large pool deck, all of which is fully screened, here you will find the patio furniture including loungers and pool furniture, as well as children's patio furniture. Also located here you will find a BBQ for those meals by the pool.
We are fully licensed with the State of Florida and the villa is fitted with smoke detectors and emergency lighting. All local telephone calls are free from our villa, if you wish to make long distance, or International calls, then you can make them from the villa, by using a phone card, which can be purchased locally.
For any of you with small children thinking about hiring our villa, well just for you we have provided a cot, high chair, baby monitor and buggy, at no extra cost.
Also if you hire our villa, we have had a word with a certain mouse who lives just around the corner and told him to make sure that he makes your holiday so special that you will want to come again.
