Owner's Description:

Our house is situated on Indian Ridge Oaks, a picturesque Community located only 5 minutes from Walt Disney World. The accommodation consists of Master Bedroom with en-suite, 4 further Bedrooms, 2 additional Bathrooms, Formal Living Room, Family Living Room, Dining Room and Large Kitchen Diner. The oversize, South facing pool and large deck area are fully screened, a lanai and covered porch offer a shaded area. Patio / poolside furniture is provided for relaxation and outdoor dining. The pool can be heated if desired (subject to a charge). The house is positioned on a large lot and is set back in a small crescent.

The large family room is equipped with TV, DVD/Video and has direct access to the pool and deck area. The Formal Dining room is conveniently located adjacent to the fully equipped Kitchen which has it’s own dining area. The washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the double garage.

The Master Bedroom has it’s own en-suite bathroom with twin sinks, large bath and separate walk in shower. There is also a large walk in wardrobe and private access to the pool and deck area.

Bedroom 2 has a queen (UK king) size bed and the adjacent Bedroom 3 has twin beds. These bedrooms share the 2^nd Bathroom.

Bedroom 4 also has a queen (UK king) size bed and direct access to the pool and deck area. Bedroom 5 is set up with twin beds. These bedrooms share the 3^rd Bathroom. The 2^nd & 3^rd bathrooms are fitted with vanity sink, w/c, full bath and overbath shower with glass sliding doors. All Bedrooms have generous wardrobe space.

The formal living room can be easily converted to form a 6th Bedroom (if required).

The Villa is fully equipped with all the necessary linen, towels, crockery, cutlery and utensils, in fact everything you’d expect to find in a ‘home away from home’.

Up to 12 guests can be comfortably accommodated.

Indian Ridge Oaks ~ this peaceful residential community is located just 2 miles South of Highway 192, South West of Walt Disney World, and offers a tranquil setting in which to relax. Surrounded by oak trees is a children’s play area, tennis court and community swimming pool, all of which are a 2 minute walk from the house. Local shops, supermarket and restaurants are a 5 minutes drive away.

Regular Rental Rates from $800 (£465) to $1,100 (£650) per week including taxes.

Pool Heating (if required) $35 a day (min 5 days) or $200 per week.
