The Luxury Villa is located on the very popular INDIAN RIDGE, Kissimmee, Orlando. It comprises of 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, games room and screened private swimming. It is fully air conditioned, furnished in Floridian style with ceiling fans in all bedrooms and family room. The master bedroom which has an en suite bathroom has a king size bed, T.V, phone and radio clock. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, a walk in wardrobe, and bed side cabinets. The third bedroom has 2 single beds and large wardrobe. The kitchen diner is fully equipped with all the utensils to meet your needs, the family lounge has 2 sofas, coffee table, cable T.V and DVD Player. The room has 2 sofas (one of which converts into a double bed), a hi-fi system and dining table and chairs. The games room has a pool table, electronic darts and toys for the younger children. The private screened swimming pool is south facing for all day sun and has optional heating for the cooler days. Outside the pool area is a patio with a gas operated BBQ. The utility room has a washing machine, dryer and iron and ironing board. There is a safe for all your private belongings, also supplied is a buggy, pushchair, crib and baby's feeding table/chair. The villa is about 5 minutes from Walt Disney World and close to other attractions, it is about 30/35 minutes from Orlando International Airport and about an hour from Sanford, and only a short drive to the US192 where you will find shops and restaurants.
